How it works

Open to all users without login.

1. 1. Enter the mobile number used in the ZaminShare app.
2. 2. Send the prefilled request email.
3. 3. We verify and delete the matching account data.

Request account deletion

Fill this once and send the generated email.

What is deleted

• Profile details (name, mobile, email, photo)
• KYC images and identity documents stored for onboarding
• Device tokens, notification preferences, and app settings
• Login sessions and authentication credentials

What may be retained

• Transaction, allotment, and holdings records required under applicable Indian law
• Tax, escrow, and audit logs for the statutory retention period
• Records we must keep to resolve a dispute, claim, or regulator request

Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request, except where a longer hold is required by law.
