Zaminshare Technologies Private Limited ("ZaminShare") collects the minimum information needed to open an account, complete KYC, move funds through escrow, and record your legal share in a parcel. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect

• Mobile number, name, and optional email
• KYC information required by law (including PAN and related documents)
• Bank account details used for payouts
• Device and session data needed to keep the app signed in and secure

How long we keep it

Profile and device data can be deleted on request. Transaction, tax, and holdings records are retained for the period Indian law requires.
