Zaminshare Technologies Private Limited operates a technology interface. Parcels are held through a trustee-governed structure. Funds move through an ICICI Bank escrow account and are not held on ZaminShare's own balance sheet.

Land values can rise or fall. Past growth in any location does not guarantee future performance. No returns are promised or assured.

Eligibility

You must complete KYC before subscribing. Holdings are recorded against the verified identity on the account.
